1. RETURNS
The return policy of the seller whose products are sold on our website(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), lasts 60 days.
If 60 days have elapsed since receipt of the your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
In order to benefit from a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition as in the condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with labels and in its original original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (for example, a copy of the receipt) of the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you the nearest warehouse to return your product based on your location.
You will also receive instructions on how and where to send the package.
The fee for returns are in customer charge and the fee for restock is free with no additional costs.
Items returned without a return request within the specified period will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately.
if the item delivered is defective, damaged or different from the one you received ordered.
This will enable us to assess the problem and make our best efforts to be resolved as quickly as possible.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As an exception to point 1 above, certain types of article cannot be subject to a return or exchange.
The following may not be returned or refunded: ∙ food stuffs ;perishables (such as food, flowers or plants); personalized products (such as special orders or bespoke items); personal care items (such as beauty products) ; flammable liquids, gases.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Lastly, items on sale (where applicable) and gift vouchers cannot be returned.
4. EXCHANGE
The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered on our website.
In the event that you wish to purchase an item other than the one previously order, we advise you to place a new order and to proceed with the return of the wrong item.
5. REIMBURSEMENTS
We undertake to inform you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected returned order.
We will let you know whether or not your refund for this return has been approved by the Seller.
If the Seller approves your request for a refund, you will be automatically transfer the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account as the
the one linked to your initial payment method within the next 10 days.
Please note that the processing of this refund by the banks and byis linked to their own deadlines, which we cannot guarantee.
